🚫 Not Everyone Qualifies
You’re not eligible if you:
- Have already used the BDIC program
- Hold a commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Had a restricted, suspended, or revoked license
- If you receive a ticket while driving a commercial vehicle
- Already have 3+ points on your record
- Received a serious violation (like reckless driving)
